My name is Svetla Petkova
I started my professional carrier as a Fashion model in my early teens. That is when I began traveling around the globe. Fifteen years latter while living in Los Angeles I started working as a Fashion Editor for Malibu Magazine and not long after that I become one of the founders of Home Magazine. With my great passion for photography I captured the world while exploring it. I speck five languages, lived in different countries and continents in the past 25 years and have two children. Can definitely call my self a Global Gypsy with few passports under my belt. I love adventure and exploring. Full time photographer now and Contributing Editor of Global Citizen Magazine. I am advocate for peace, the environment, green eco living and health. I practice yoga and love the ocean. I love capturing the beauty of our planet. My new project is developing a travel TV series for the Canadian Lifestyle Channel and first stop is South Africa.
